Coming back home to your body, in right relationship with your body, in a healthy body, mind and spirit, lets you come back to living your best life.

What does this mean? When we are feeling stressed, anxious, or overwhelmed we are in our heads, inwardly oriented, and in survival mode- very often a freeze state. when this happens we are disconnected from the access we would normally have to our body. Access that would provide us connection to our rational thinking, our intuition, or calm, our joy, our creativity. Without this inner connection , our life becomes dry and sparse. Our relationships with our children, our partners, our friends, suffer from being kept in the shallows of our just coping. Our trying to keep things just under control, to keep things manageable, safe. We stay small. You may find yourself always tense in your body, clenching your jaw, having pelvic and lower back problems, heart palpitations. All this closing down. It doesn’t have to be this way. (

This part of yourself- which is just a part, a part desperately trying to help you is stuck, scared, anxious. overwhelmed, can be healed, and nurtured back to wholeness: By befriending yourself, re-establishing a relationship with yourself that is healthy, secure, peaceful, stable, and enjoy-able. ) (Not sure on this part)

Bring yourself back to a joyful life will involve shedding those anxieties, regulating your nervous system, putting effective boundaries in place, taking back control of your life with confidence, strength, and connecting to an infallible sense of your own inner wisdom.

Origine means roots, the core, the original source. Your resources of peacefulness and joy and life.

Your Coach

I am a movement and mind-body practitioner with a background in Sports Science, Psychology, and a deep passion for whole-person wellness. With training in Pilates, embodiment coaching, wellness coaching, Eriksonian hypnotherapy, energy healing, and rebirthing. My work includes clinical Pilates, nervous system education and therapeutic support.
