For people who want to change the way that they move and feel so that they are more comfortable in their bodies. If you have chronic back shoulder or knee pain, and spend a fair amount of time at the Chiropractor/ Osteopath or Physiotherapist's office: This work will help to help you get sustainable long-term changes in strength, flexibility, and function.

We will work on a program of restabilizing the deep core muscles that support the spine and pelvis. Thereby teaching you better neuromuscular patterns, improving your posture, getting you breathing better, and sorting out your chronic issues.

I work closely with your relationship to your Psoas “muscle” (see the work of Liz Koch) to help you release and soften the deepest core “muscle” of the body. This work has a great effect on your physical as well as emotional and mental state. It is a key part of a dysregulated nervous system and chronic pain issues.

This sensing, deeper awareness of your body, and regulating your stress responses will bring about positive changes in your mental and emotional states.

As you heal your body you can begin to heal your life.

All work is trauma-informed and tailored to each individual client.
