Hello, I am Stephanie Maurel, your Holistic Life Coach, and Hypnotherapist. My studies include a Bsc. in Sports Science, and Psychology; and a number of Coaching, Hypnotherapy, and Pilates certifications. I am a member of the International Association of coaches, therapists, and mentors.
