A weekly group session designed to help you take a breather from the busyness of your week, return to your calm, reconnect to your body, and re-find your balance. Designed to get you back in touch with your body in a safe and easy way. Think of it as coming home to your body. Perfect for beginners!

These are 40-50 minute, nonsecular (not religious) body-based mediations. They include body scans, and breathing, and meta meditations. They are an extension of mindfulness meditation... it goes one step deeper.

We’ll get you meditating as a body rather than on your body. present to the here and now, rather than dissociating and creating more disconnection.
